Mario Shiliashki
Chief Executive Officer
Mario bringt jahrzehntelange Erfahrung und eine globale Perspektive im Bereich Zahlungen und Fintech zu myPOS, nachdem er in führenden globalen Positionen bei PayPal, Mastercard und PayU tätig war. Vor seinem Wechsel zu myPOS im April 2024 führte er als CEO von PayU GPO alle Phasen der Transformation, des Wachstums, der Fusionen und Übernahmen und des Exits in Hochwachstumsmärkten in Europa, Lateinamerika, Afrika und Asien erfolgreich an.
Mario war als nicht-exekutives Vorstandsmitglied in mehreren börsennotierten und privaten Unternehmen im Finanzdienstleistungs- und Technologiesektor tätig und beriet einige technologieorientierte Investmentfonds.
Zu Beginn seiner Karriere war Mario Aktienanalyst bei Goldman Sachs in New York und Strategieberater bei Bain in London. Er hat einen MBA von der Harvard Business School und einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzen und Wirtschaft von der Bryant University.

Abdenour (Nour) Bezzouh

Nour verfügt über mehr als 25 Jahre Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen und digitale Transformation auf vier Kontinenten. Er hat sich in den Transformationen von Unternehmen und Technologien bewährt, um Wachstum und Innovation im Finanzsektor zu beschleunigen, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Verbrauchertechnologie, Enterprise-SaaS und Fintech.
For more than two decades, Nour was part of Intuit in Silicon Valley, California. There, he drove the small business engineering and product expansion serving millions of small businesses with vital financial tools and payment services. He also served at Banco Santander, as the Digital Head of Technology and Operations, to spearhead the bank's transition to a global financial-services platform and launched multiple fintech initiatives. Nour held CTO roles at Talent.com and PagoNxt, Santander Payment Division. He holds an honours master’s degree in telecommunication and computer sciences from Paris Telecom France, and a project management & Agile certification from Carnegie Mellon University, California.

Attila Kulcsar

Attila ist ein erfahrener Global CFO und leitende Führungskraft mit fast 25 Jahren Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen, Strategie, Transformation und M&A, unter anderem in den Branchen Fintech, Finanzdienstleistungen, Konsumgüter und Pharma. Er hatte leitende Positionen bei PayU GPO (Prosus), Euronet Worldwide, AstraZeneca und Avon inne und begann seine Karriere in der Managementberatung bei BCG.
Attila ist bekannt dafür, Unternehmen erfolgreich zu sanieren, nachhaltiges Wachstum zu beschleunigen und wirkungsstarke M&A-Transaktionen umzusetzen. Dabei hat er komplexe globale Operationen in Europa, Asien, Lateinamerika, Afrika und den USA geleitet. Zu seinen Erfolgen zählt die Leitung des Verkaufs von PayU GPO für 610 Mio. USD sowie eine Margenverbesserung von über 25 Prozentpunkten und damit die Transformation eines defizitären Geschäftsbereichs in profitables Wachstum. Zudem hat er umfassende Finanztransformationen bei Avon, AstraZeneca und PayU gesteuert, einschließlich der Neugestaltung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Systemen zur Stärkung der internen Kontrolle, Steigerung der Effizienz und Verbesserung der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung.
Attila versteht es, leistungsstarke internationale Teams aufzubauen und die Finanzfunktion eng mit der Geschäftsstrategie abzustimmen, um nachhaltigen Mehrwert für Unternehmen, Investoren und Stakeholder zu schaffen. Alessandro Bocca

Alessandro began his career in 2008 at Sella Group, taking on roles in business development and product management. In 2012, he assumed responsibility for online acquiring, later expanding to in-store services and leading key product and growth strategies.
In 2017, he became Head of Payment Acceptance at Axerve, and was appointed CEO in 2019, steering the company’s transition into a financial intermediary. Since 2024, following Axerve’s merger into Fabrick, Alessandro has served as Chief Business Officer, focused on expanding product offerings and client growth across Europe.

Nicolas Lubeth
Country Manager France
Nicolas brings 16 years of experience across high-growth startups, tech companies, and top-tier consulting firms, including McKinsey. He has a strong track record in general management, sales, operations, and growth strategy, particularly within the SMB sector.
Before joining myPOS, Nicolas held executive roles at companies such as Malt and Ontruck, where he led large teams and drove strong business performance across several European markets. He now leads myPOS operations in France, focused on expanding our presence and supporting local merchants.

Michael Ault
Managing Director myPOS Payments
Michael joined myPOS in 2025 as Country Manager for the UK, bringing over 20 years of experience in payments, fintech and financial services. In his previous role, he was CEO & Founder of UTP Group Ltd, providing innovative card payment solutions to UK SMEs.
Michael also founded Kleyn Ventures, delivering consulting and M&A expertise focused on the payments sector. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO of Thyron Systems, a mobile payment terminal manufacturer, and worked in private equity and corporate finance at TecCapital Investments and KPMG.

Ferenc B. Tóth
Country Manager CEE
Ferenc is a seasoned fintech leader with extensive experience driving digital payment innovations. He currently serves as Country Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at myPOS, where he is responsible for expanding the company’s footprint and delivering tailored payment solutions to businesses in the region.
Before joining myPOS, Ferenc led IQOM, a Hungarian digital payment provider that became a strategic partner and was later acquired by myPOS. He also worked at Raiffeisen Banking group as a project manager. His entrepreneurial and sales background, combined with deep market knowledge, enables him to lead with a focus on growth, customer-centric innovation, and operational excellence.

Zoltan Gyenge
Country Manager DACH
Zoltan’s experience includes Lycamobile, Farbax and MTEL. He has been part of the myPOS team for 4 years and has been essential to growing the business in the DACH region, partnering with companies such as Samsung and Coca-Cola. Zoltan can be a great resource to any reporter looking for comprehensive information related to the evolving payments landscape in Central Europe, B2B payment acceptance and the potential of tap-to-pay technology.

Roberto Agrò
Head of Direct Sales
With experience as store and sales manager spanning over 17 years, Roberto has cultivated outstanding leadership and customer relationship management skills in luxury retail and fintech. As Head of Direct Sales at myPOS, he leads a team of sales professionals who provide innovative payment solutions to businesses across all channels – in-store, online, and mobile.
Roberto began his managerial career in the LVMH group. With a background in foreign languages and business training, Roberto combines strong communication with a result-driven, people-focused approach, making him highly effective in managing business relationships.

Polina Toskova
Country Manager Bulgaria
Having worked across a number of banks and fintech organisations, Polina has experience in the areas of card processing, merchant POS acquiring, alternative payment methods and antifraud technologies. In the last few years, Polina’s team has achieved significant growth on the Bulgarian market, so she often talks to local and regional media about payment trends, innovative technologies and the benefits of fintech tools.

Pedro Osório de Castro
Country Manager Portugal and Spain
With a background in management and marketing, Pedro has experience in customer acquisition, international partnerships and digital transformation. Before joining myPOS, he held a leadership role in several payments-focused entities such as Paybyrd, Payscala and Millennium bcp. Pedro’s team in Lisbon can help answer questions about the changing payment habits and the increasing use of electronic payments in Portugal.

Chris Brillouet
Country Manager Benelux
Chris has solid experience in international business development and has led multiple companies in the Benelux region. At myPOS, he is responsible for developing revenue bearing relationships with merchants and partners while leading the team in Belgium. With 25 years of experience behind his back, Chris has exceptional knowledge of cross-border commerce, online payments and the mobile technology market.
