| During the validity period of the Contest, all Recipients who have accepted at least one successful American Express Card payment, on their myPOS device or through the relevant online tool for accepting payments, will participate in this Contest in which they will compete to win one of the prizes up for grabs. It should be noted that participation in the Contest is non-repeatable, meaning that the first successful acceptance of payment by American Express card occurring during the period will give rise to the right to participate in the drawing, and that any further acceptances of payment will not generate additional titles to participate in the drawing; each recipient may therefore be present with only one title in the database of those entitled to participate in the drawing. By the date indicated in the paragraph “PERIOD OF DEVELOPMENT”, from the database containing the participation titles of all recipients entitled to participate, and in the presence of a Consumer Protection and Public Faith Officer of the Chamber of Commerce or Notary Public, the drawing of the prizes under the contest will be carried out, which provides for the awarding of no. 20 Apple Watch Series 8 GPS 45mm. In addition, for each prize, 2 reserve names will be drawn to be used if the first name drawn as the winner is untraceable or does not comply with the terms of the contest or in the event that the win is forfeited for any reason. | Durante il periodo di validità del concorso, tutti i Destinatari che avranno accettato almeno un pagamento con Carta American Express andato a buon fine, sul proprio dispositivo myPOS o tramite il relativo strumento on line per accettare i pagamenti, parteciperanno al presente Concorso nel quale concorreranno alla vincita di uno dei premi in palio. Si precisa che la partecipazione al concorso non è ripetibile, intendendo che darà luogo al diritto alla partecipazione all’estrazione la prima accettazione di pagamento con carta American Express andata a buon fine avvenuta nel periodo, e che eventuali ulteriori accettazioni di pagamento non genereranno ulteriori titoli di partecipazione all’estrazione; ogni destinatario potrà pertanto essere presente con un solo titolo di partecipazione nel database degli aventi diritto all’estrazione. | The winner will be notified directly by the promoting company or its delegate, via the e-mail address or at the telephone number indicated during registration on the MyPOS service, and will have one week from when he/she received the notification of winning to confirm acceptance of the same and communicate the address to which. The prize will be delivered free of charge to the person entitled to it, to the address registered on the myPOS service, upon completion of the above-mentioned prize acceptance certification activities, within 180 days as provided by Law (pursuant to Presidential Decree.26.10.2001 no.430). The Promoting Company reserves the right to carry out such checks as it deems necessary to ensure compliance with the conditions of participation. Any participations deemed fraudulent and any related winnings will be verified and subjected to all the checks deemed necessary; if the checks confirm an incorrect participation, the related winnings will be cancelled. Any changes that (with respect to the rights acquired by the participants) may be made to the Rules and Regulations during the course of the event will be communicated in advance to the recipients of the contest using the same methods of communication reserved for these Rules and Regulations. | Participation in the sweepstakes event implies for the participants the unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these regulations without any limitation. The Promoter may revoke or modify the terms of execution of this prize contest for just cause, pursuant to and under the terms of Article 1990 of the Civil Code, by giving prior notice to the recipients in the same manner adopted for the main communication of the initiative to the public. The promoter declares that it waives the right to exercise recourse on withholding tax pursuant to Article 30 Presidential Decree No. 600 of 29/09/73. For anything not indicated in the Regulations, the Promoter Company refers to Presidential Decree 430/2001. | La partecipazione alla manifestazione a premi comporta per i partecipanti l’accettazione incondizionata e totale delle regole e delle clausole contenute nel presente regolamento senza limitazione alcuna.
