Details
SalesVu is an ePOS app that connects with a cloud-based ERP platform for retail and restaurant chains as well as large arts & entertainment venues. The app allows staff to take orders table-side, seat-side (in case of event venues), or on-the-go in the case of mobile merchandising.
The app supports the unique service flow for the different use case scenarios, an attractive graphical user interface, and multiple payment methods (credit card, gift cards, configurable house accounts, cash, etc). In the case of cash payments, the app keeps a running report of how much cash is in the mobile till at all times. Additional features include automated time-based discounts (e.g.: for happy hour promotions) and a loyalty program to keep customers coming back.
SalesVu’s cloud-based ERP solution makes it easy to view sales from all the devices from a single dashboard, configure app settings remotely, and get real-time product inventory/stock updates after each sale. SalesVu also offers a CRM solution to keep track of customer purchase histories and create marketing automation/promotion campaigns via email or SMS.
