Mastercard virksomhedskortet udstedes gratis og det er kun handlinger, der udføres med selve kortet, der opkræves på. Transaktioner og udbetalingsgebyrer er anført på myPOS kontoen. Det er vigtigt at vide, at gebyrerne for et myPOS-udstedt Mastercard-kort bestemmes ud fra kortets valuta. Derfor gælder forskellige gebyrer på de forskellige kort, der er knyttet til forhandlerens konto.
Gebyrerne for de myPOS erhvervende tjenester vises på myPOS kontoen i sidefoden på hver side. Gebyrerne er opdelt i online erhvervelsestjenester og POS-enheds erhvervelsesgebyrer.
