Details
Toporder PAD is the order-taking app for restaurants that use the Toporder POS. Installed on waiters’ smartphones, it connects to the restaurant’s main POS and shares its data in real time: menu, tables, orders and reservations.
Tableside ordering
The restaurant’s full menu, with categories, set menus, options and extras
Item notes, including allergies
Send courses to the kitchen with a single tap, with tickets printed on the POS kitchen printers
Cancel an item already sent, with a cancellation ticket printed in the kitchen
Floor and reservations
The floor plan and the status of each table
Today’s reservations, guest arrivals and seating
Service tracking
Open orders and the service history
Menu discounts and promotions, applied by the POS
Payments, depending on the restaurant’s setup
Tableside payment and bill splitting
Receipts sent by email or text message
Built for busy service
The main POS stays the reference: every order is recorded there
Connects over the restaurant’s Wi-Fi, or over the internet depending on the setup
Pairs in seconds by scanning the QR code shown on the POS
Each employee signs in with their own code
Toporder PAD requires a Toporder subscription and an up-to-date Toporder POS. The app does not work on its own: it pairs with the restaurant’s main POS.
