myPOS forges a four-way partnership in the D-A-CH region

A master of unconventional tools and partnerships, myPOS has created another alliance to bring a new, smart, all-in-one solution that empowers business owners.
The fintech company teamed up with Samsung, retailer MediaMarkt and neobank HelloCash to offer business customers a sturdy mobile device with a payment terminal and cash register. The business bundle is set on a Samsung Galaxy XCover6 Pro Enterprise Edition and is ideal for those working on the go or in challenging conditions related to heat, humidity and cold. Payment acceptance is possible thanks to myPOS Glass, the free app that turns phones into payment terminals.

HelloCash, a popular mobile money service provider, has integrated its cash register app with myPOS Glass, so merchants receive a comprehensive solution featuring a modern device, secure payment acceptance, merchant account and cash register, all in one.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover6 Pro bundle, which promises multi-level security, faster connectivity and multitasking capabilities, is available at 18 Mediamarkt stores and via more than 50 MediaMarkt agents. Business customers who purchase the bundle can rely on MediaMarkt’s unit MDM Solutions to set up their mobile payment terminal. Technical support by MDM is provided for a whole year.
The new solution hit shelves this month, just in time for Advent markets and winter tourism services. With myPOS Glass, it allows business owners to accept contactless payments in seconds – by card, mobile wallet or NFC wearables. No cables or additional hardware needed. The benefits for the merchants are many, including instant settlement of funds, free reporting tools and automatic invoice creation.
