myPOS Payment Terminal Return Form

Before returning your myPOS payment terminal for repairs or a refund, please contact our Help Desk at help@mypos.com. In certain cases, some problems can be resolved with a simple software update, so it is a good idea to wait for our response before sending your myPOS terminal back to us.

If this is not the case, to return your myPOS payment terminal for repair, please fill in the form below to help us understand how we can help you.

In the event of a return, please use a courier company. Avoid using any other means of transportation as this will result in long delays, especially where customs are involved (non-EU countries such as the UK or Switzerland).

By returning your device using a courier company, delays will be eliminated and the refund or repair process will be facilitated as expected.
