Details
GastroCore Kellner is the handheld service terminal for restaurants with a configured GastroCore master POS. Staff can take table orders on myPOS Ultra and collect Swiss-franc payments by card or TWINT. Cash payments are handled at the GastroCore master POS. Order, kitchen and sales receipts print through the appropriately configured GastroCore master POS. Payment slips are handled by myPOS services.
Version 0.1.3 connects card and TWINT payments on Ultra to GastroCore master POS version 632 or newer. It requires a configured master POS on the same local network, its IP address and LAN key, and authorised staff. Card and TWINT payments require the appropriate myPOS terminal and merchant services. This release is exclusively for myPOS Ultra in Switzerland and CHF.
If a payment result is unclear, check its transaction status in myPOS first. Do not start another terminal payment for an amount that has already been charged.
The publicly accessible offline demo uses a fictional restaurant. It needs no account and produces no real orders, payments or printing. Tips and split payments are not available in this release.
