Why did you decide to join myPOS?
myPOS stood out to me as more than just another fintech company. I knew this was a chance to make a real difference – not only by helping to grow the UK market but by supporting businesses at the heart of our communities.
What inspires you in your day-to-day work?
It’s the merchants, hands down, and the opportunity to grow as a leader. Knowing that what we do helps a café owner handle busy mornings seamlessly or enables a boutique to sell more with less hassle is inspiring – I work every day to make a positive impact. However, my work wouldn’t be possible without my supportive, driven team who constantly motivates me to push boundaries and embrace new challenges.

What aspect of your work do you feel has the greatest impact on merchants’ success, and why?
It all comes down to building and mentoring a strong team, and fostering leadership skills. That’s how we ensure merchants get the tools and support they need to succeed. A solid team means merchants can count on us.
