Details
The MO/TO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) payment app enables you to accept card payments through your myPOS Smart terminal, even if the customer/the card is not present.
The process is very easy and straightforward – all you need to do is to simply enter the payment amount, the customer’s card details and confirm the transaction. It’s as simple as that.
The MO/TO Payment app includes the following features:
- MO/TO Payment
- MO/TO Refund
- Void Last Transaction
- Print Last Receipt
- MO/TO Pre-authorizations (incl. Preauthorization Completion and Cancellation) – blocks a predefined amount before the transaction takes place
- Activity – list of all approved and declined transactions, including option for print/send receipt
- Reports – total payments report
- Settings: Tipping mode (enable or disable), Multioperator mode (enable or disabled), add Reference number (Reference number, Invoice number, Reservation number, Product ID, disabled), Receipt configuration (enable/disable customer and merchant receipt copy)
