- Girocard acceptance is conditional on your terminal type. You can find more details in our Help Center.
- Transactions processed via a Virtual Terminal are subject to an additional 0.5% fee compared to other online transaction rates.
- Not applicable when the replacement is due to a manufacturing defect for which the issuer is responsible.
- The POS Operator can charge additional fees.
- This fee is also charged if a transfer to your account fails due to incorrect payment or recipient details. Transfers under EUR 25 will not be returned.
- For investigations commencing after 3 months of original transaction date, we will communicate the charges after receiving the information from the Correspondent Bank.
- You can request a refund of a SEPA Direct Debit debited within a period of eight weeks after the execution date and of any unauthorized transaction after eight weeks and up to thirteen months after the payment.
- This is not a standard fee. The fee is charged in the exceptional cases where your account has been blocked because you have not provided us with documents which we are required to have by law within a certain period of time, or because of any breach on your side which was not rectified within a reasonable time frame. In such a case, we will send 2-months’ prior notice before applying the fee.
- This is not a standard fee and is charged only in exceptional cases. It applies if no valid transactions have been processed for 10 consecutive months. In such cases, we will send a 2-month prior notice. If you still do not process any valid transactions during the notice period, the fee will be applied.
- The Fee may be applied at myPOS’s discretion if there is limited cooperation from your side during a chargeback resolution process related to a payment made with your myPOS card.

Your questions answered
No. All monthly fees, transaction rates, and service fees are clearly shown in the pricing table. If your plan includes monthly allowances (such as SEPA transfers), we also show the cost of any additional usage, so you always know what you pay for.
No. Our plans are billed month-to-month, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time. Any changes will take effect from your next billing date.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan in the myPOS app.
- Upgrades: Your new benefits start immediately. The new monthly fee will be charged from your next billing date.
- Downgrades and cancellations: The change will take effect from your next billing date. To apply for the next billing cycle, request a downgrade at least 48 hours before your billing date.
Your account plan becomes active once your account has been verified. Your first monthly fee will be charged 10 days after verification, giving you time to start using your benefits before billing begins.
The fee is collected from your myPOS account balance. If there are not enough funds in your myPOS account when the monthly fee is due, we will retry the charge daily until the payment is successful.
Yes. Your account will move to the One plan, which has no monthly subscription fee, and you can continue using our services. The change takes effect from your next billing date.
